Hubrecht "Hertz" Adelhardt (JP: ヒューブレクト・ハーツ・アデルハート Hyūburekuto Hātsu Aderuhāto) is a good-natured strongman who does not realize the Cirque des Cartes doubles as a talent pool for the mob. Some would call him childishly naive while others say he was just born in the wrong world. But most agree that makes little difference, as even a friendly hug from the big guy earns him his nickname of "Hertz".
In Cerebella's origin story in Skullgirls Mobile, he prepares Regina's first test for Cerebella, Beatrix, and Feng, an obstacle course designed to gauge their physical ability. It is very likely he was unaware that the reason for the test was to select an enforcer to carry out a mission for the mob.
