The Dragon Empire is a region found in the Skullgirls world. Little to nothing is known about this mysterious place. It has no mention of being involved in The Grand War. Its been hinted to be a sort of amalgamation of various Asian countries, with many Japanese and Chinese themes. The Dagonians have been mentioned to be its native people or, at least, the largest chunk of its population. It has been stated that not all Dagonians are fish people and not all fish people are Dagonians meaning the term has to do with something related to nationality or ethnicity rather than species.
